Wola Joseph - Condotti
Wola Joseph-Condotti is the Chief Executive Officer of Eko Electricity Distribution Company (Eko Disco), appointed effective January 13, 2026. She brings deep institutional knowledge to the role, having previously served as the pioneer Chief Legal & Company Secretary at Eko Disco during Nigeria’s power sector privatization. In recent years, she was the Group Managing Director/CEO of West Power & Gas Limited (WPG), the former parent company of Eko Disco (prior to the sale of its 60% stake to Transgrid Enerco in late 2025/early 2026). Wola is recognized as a thought leader in the power space, with strong interests in renewable energy, sustainability, carbon markets, and carbon credits.
Her prior executive roles at Eko Disco included Head of Regulatory Compliance, Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer, Supervising Chief of the Customer Service Department, and Data Protection Officer. She also held positions as General Counsel/Company Secretary at Lagoon Home Savings and Loans, and Legal Associate at Banwo & Ighodalo.
Wola holds a law degree from the University of Ibadan, an LLM in International Finance Law from Harvard Law School, and an MBA from INSEAD Business School. She is an International Finance Corporation (World Bank) Board Evaluation Certified Professional and Corporate Governance Trainer.
Her achievements include being listed among the top 100 General Counsels by The Legal 500 GC Powerlist: Nigeria (2024 & 2025), named “INSEADer of the Month” in April 2024 by INSEAD Business School, recognized among the Ascent Top 100 Career Women in Africa (2025), honored as one of the Top 100 Most Inspiring Women in Africa by the Enterprising Women Awards Africa (2024), ranked 11th among the Top 50 General Counsels in Nigeria (LKS Seminar Legal

Wola is married to Hakeem Condotti, and together they have five children.
